Welcome to CloudCompany. By creating an account or hiring remote tech professionals through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Vetted Contractor Matching

CloudCompany provides a platform to search, match, and book interviews with pre-vetted independent developers. While we verify candidate skills, employers are responsible for evaluating candidates prior to signing binding agreements.

2. Digital Contracts & Compliance

When matching is successful, parties execute employment or service contracts directly on the platform. You agree that electronic signatures applied here are legally binding. CloudCompany is not a party to the contract.

3. Payments & Fees

Employers agree to settle timesheets and invoices weekly according to the rates defined in active contracts. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and developer payouts are dispatched automatically via Wise.
